By booking or participating in any Collective experience, you agree to these terms and all trip-specific conditions published at the time of booking.

The Collective curates group travel experiences and coordinates selected services. Third-party providers may deliver flights, lodging, transportation, and activity services.

All balances must be paid by the stated deadline.

The Collective reserves the right to cancel your booking and retain all previous payments if balances are not resolved by the deadline.

Travelers are expected to treat fellow travelers, hosts, guides, and the local communities we visit with respect.

The Collective reserves the right to remove any traveler from a trip, at that traveler’s own expense, if their behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or unlawful to the group or to local hosts.

Travelers removed from a trip under this clause are not entitled to a refund or compensation for the unused portion of the trip.

The Collective arranges lodging, transportation, activities, and other trip components through independent third-party providers. These providers are separate businesses and are not agents, employees, or representatives of The Collective.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Collective is not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, delay, damage, negligence, or misconduct caused by these independent third-party vendors, or arising from any service they deliver.

Any claim arising from a third-party provider’s services must be brought directly against that provider.

The Collective is not liable for losses arising from events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to weather disruptions, travel restrictions, or third-party service failures.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, your booking, or any Collective experience will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in a court of law.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material updates will apply prospectively and be reflected on this page.
