By booking or participating in any Collective experience, you agree to these terms and all trip-specific conditions published at the time of booking.

Scope of Services

The Collective curates group travel experiences and coordinates selected services. Third-party providers may deliver flights, lodging, transportation, and activity services.

Payments and Outstanding Balances

All balances must be paid by the stated deadline. If installment payments fail and remain unresolved, your booking may be suspended or cancelled under the applicable trip policy.

Limitation of Liability

The Collective is not liable for losses arising from events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to weather disruptions, travel restrictions, or third-party service failures.

Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material updates will apply prospectively and be reflected on this page.
