Booking Policy

A trip is only confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been successfully processed. All bookings are subject to availability and published trip terms.

Payment Policy

Travelers can pay in full or choose approved installment plans. Missed or failed installment payments may impact booking status if not resolved before the trip deadline.

Cancellation & Refunds

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise for a specific trip. Any eligible refunds are processed according to each trip’s cancellation window and supplier terms.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for valid travel documents, visa requirements, and compliance with destination laws and safety guidance. Flight purchases are traveler-managed unless explicitly included.

Changes to Itinerary

The Collective may adjust itinerary components due to weather, safety, vendor changes, or force majeure events while preserving the quality and intent of the experience.
